The 2022 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is a superb vintage, showcasing a deep ruby hue and an alluring bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and cassis, with nuanced hints of vanilla, cedar, and a touch of tobacco. Crafted from hand-harvested grapes across multiple Sonoma vineyards, this wine underwent extended maceration and 10 months of aging in 100% French oak barrels, achieving a refined balance of power and elegance. The palate offers a rich texture with flavors of blackcurrants, black plums, and dark chocolate, supported by well-integrated tannins. Ideal with grilled ribeye steak, roasted lamb, or aged cheeses.

The 2023 Sonoma County Chardonnay is a refined and elegant expression of the region’s cool climate and unique terroir. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented in 100% new French oak barrels using three distinct yeast strains to build complexity. Aged sur lees for 16 months, this Chardonnay offers vibrant tropical flavors of pineapple and mango, with hints of green apple, citrus, and a touch of vanilla spice from the oak. Bright acidity and a creamy texture deliver a well-balanced finish, making it a perfect pairing for poultry, shellfish, or light pasta dishes.
